Nothing has changed with respect to the 2021 season finale: travel outside one's municipality of residence and region will be allowed in order to take part in races on the CONI calendar and therefore Acisport, which is the recognised federation in the motorsport sector.
It therefore follows that the only events authorised are those included in the CONI calendar.
Races/events that are not on the calendar cannot therefore be organised either.

The Prime Ministerial Decree of 3 December 2020, containing the new measures for the containment of the COVID-19 epidemic, states in Article 1, paragraph 10, letter e): 'Events and competitions - recognised as being of national interest by order of the Italian National Olympic Committee and the Italian Paralympic Committee - concerning individual and team sports organised by the respective national sports federations are permitted'. With the Prime Ministerial Decree of 14 January 2021, the effectiveness of the rules was extended to 30 April 2021.

At the following LINK you can find the self-declaration that is recommended to be added to the one provided for by national and local law.

(is a declaration to be submitted, together with any specific self-declaration models prepared by the Regions, which may help to indicate the reason for the move.)

In this regard, Acisport has issued a note that discusses the subject in depth and is of absolute utility to all drivers.

ACI is the National Sport Federation, holder on the national territory of the motor sport power that comes from the FIA, it is recognised by CONI for motor sport according to art. 2, paragraph 5 of the legislative decree 8 January 2004, n. 15 and carries out the activity of Sport Federation according to the discipline provided by its own order (d.p.r. 8 September 1950, n. 881 and subsequent modifications).

The ACI Federation manages the motor sport activity through the formation of an annual National Calendar in which all the races held under the federal aegis are included.

The ACI Federation has sent CONI a list of the races currently entered in the National Calendar that will take place in the period from 1 January to 30 April 2021.

Each race entered in the federal calendar is considered to be of national interest, and each driver in possession of a sporting licence issued by the Federation is recognised as an athlete of national interest; the same applies to the Race Officials who, in accordance with art. 199 et seq. of the National Sporting Regulations, guarantee the running of the race.

All the races entered in the calendar are held in full compliance with the "ACI Sport General Protocol for the containment of the spread of the Covid-19 virus in Motorsport of 19 June 2020" which has been shared with CONI and sent to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Department for Sport.

It is therefore possible to regularly carry out motorsport activities by organising and participating in the races included in the attached calendar that have obtained the necessary authorisations from the Local Authorities.

The aforementioned Prime Ministerial Decree of 3 December 2020 also states in Article 1 point 10 letter e): "The training sessions of athletes, professional and non-professional, of individual and team sports, participating in the competitions referred to in this letter (i.e. the events and competitions - recognised as being of national interest), are allowed behind closed doors, in compliance with the protocols issued by the respective national sports federations, associated sports disciplines and sports promotion bodies".

Training sessions must be carried out exclusively for the purposes of participation in competitions on the calendar.

The behaviour adopted is always the responsibility of the individual participant and it will always be subject to the discretion of the individual assessor, as well as the revocation of authorisations to hold the competition by the competent Local Authorities.

In order to allow athletes to reach the venues of the competitions recognised by CONI as being of national interest and included in the Federation's national calendar, the links to the documents that can be attached to the self-declaration indicating the reason for the move are indicated below:
