The Valli Cuneesi 2023 rally will once again be in historic format. The race, organised by the Sport Rally Team of Carmagnola chaired by Piero Capello, will take place on 29 and 30 July in and around Saluzzo. The medium regularity rally will follow the historic rally. The programme, which is the same for both races, includes six special stages, all on asphalt, for a total of 70.40 kilometres. The route is 247.21 kilometres in total. The timed sections, each to be repeated twice, are Brondello (7 km) and Valmala (15 km) on Saturday 29 July, and Montoso (13.20 km) on Sunday 30 July.
The competition, Memorial Johnny Cornaglia, is valid for TRZ Trofeo Rally di 1° Zona, Memory Nino Fornaca, Historic Rally Cup Michelin and Coppa 127 Pro Energy as far as the historic rally is concerned, and for the NWRcup north-west regularity cup for the medium regularity.
