Entries are closing soon for the 12th Circuito Felice Nazzaro, scheduled for April 24–25, 2026 in Castrovillari, with the deadline set for April 21 at 8:00 PM . The event is gaining increasing importance within the Italian Historic Regularity Championship (CIREAS) calendar.
Organised by the Historic Club Castrovillari, the rally represents the fifth round of the season, but more importantly the third round of Group A and the first event of the year with a 1.5 coefficient, a key factor expected to significantly impact the championship standings.
Following the opening rounds, the Calabrian event becomes a crucial turning point, offering valuable points at a decisive stage of the season.
The route will cover approximately 185 km with 65 regularity tests, crossing some of the most scenic sections of the Pollino National Park, including the Novacco beech forest and the towns of Saracena, San Basile, Morano and Frascineto. The layout is both technical and demanding, requiring precision and consistency from competitors.
The event will begin on Friday, April 24 with scrutineering at the Jolly Hotel in Castrovillari, while the start is scheduled for Saturday, April 25 at 12:30 PM from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. The finish is expected at 7:00 PM, followed by the traditional Power Stage Classic in the city centre, before the prize-giving ceremony at 8:30 PM at the Petrosa agriturismo.
Beyond the sporting challenge, the event celebrates the legacy of Felice Nazzaro, whose connection with this territory dates back to the early days of Italian motorsport, reinforcing the bond between history, competition and landscape.
In a championship structured across multiple rounds and groups, with only the best results counting, high-coefficient events like this one can play a decisive role in shaping the title race.
