The race organised by the "Franco Mazzotti" Mille Miglia Club, in memory of the undisputed leader of the founders of the 1OO Miglia, Franco Mazzotti, after the success of the past years, has been confirmed as the third regularity race for number of participants, in the ACISport calendar: The thirteenth edition will be held between Brescia, Lake Idro, Lake Valvestino, Lake Garda - with an overnight stay in Sirmione - and Franciacorta, passing through Chiari, in Franco Mazzotti's birthplace, and finishing on Lake Iseo.

The technical and sporting checks (or punching, as it was called at the time) will be held on Friday evening and Saturday morning in Brescia, at the Mille Miglia Museum, from where the race will start on Saturday 2 October.

The first part of the race will cross the Val Sabbia and Valvestino, with its lake. Lunch, based on the typical Brescian spit, will be served near Lake Idro.

The arrival of the first stage, with dinner and overnight stay, will be held in Sirmione, the beautiful town called the "Pearl of Garda".

On Sunday, October 3, after having disputed some stages between Brescia, Franciacorta and Villa Mazzotti in Chiari, the arrival of the race will be held in Iseo, on the homonymous lake.

The final trials will be held on the lakefront of Iseo, in front of Montisola, the largest lake island in the world.

These trials of the Coppa Franco Mazzotti 2021 will be valid to award the Coppa AIDO, in support of the charitable activities of the AIDO of Gardone Valtrompia.

There will be 6 Time Controls (CO), 80 Chronometric Tests (PC) and 5 Medium Tax Tests (PM).

As tradition, competitors from all over Europe are expected at the 2021 edition.
