The 2021 1000 Miglia, the thirty-ninth edition of the historic re-enactment of the race held from 1927 to 1957, will take place from 16 to 19 June.

375 cars will be admitted to the race: by 9 March, at the end of the selection process carried out by the special Examining Committee, the list of accepted cars will be announced, which will take on the Brescia - Rome - Brescia route.

Only cars entered in the "Registro 1000 Miglia", the official register created to record, classify and certify the cars and models that have taken part in the twenty-four editions of the 1000 Miglia race, will be eligible to compete.
