After the postponement of this winter for reasons that we all know related to the health emergency, the 3rd Lessinia Rally Historic and the 11th LessiniaSport are preparing to reignite the engines of historic rally cars on 25 and 26 June in Bosco Chiesanuova.
The historic rally valid for the TRZ Trofeo Rally Zone and for the ACI Vicenza Trophy and the regularity sport included in the calendar of the Trofeo Tre Regioni will be first of all a message of hope, the desire to run and restart. We still do not know how the race will be held with regard to the presence of the public even if the ACI Sport protocols still in force suggest that even the June event will be behind closed doors.
The organising staff of Italy's longest-running Rally Club is working hard to ensure that the event, which has been moved four months from its original date, meets all the sporting and safety standards laid down by the Federation. The event, which is preparing to welcome some of the most beautiful historic rally cars in circulation, has been deeply redesigned while maintaining its peculiar characteristics that have built its success year after year: compact route, beautiful special stages and the usual organization by RCV.
Thanks to the support and backing of the municipalities involved, in the forefront Bosco Chiesanuova and Roverè Veronese that will host the special stages, the 3rd Lessinia Rally Historic and the 11th LessiniaSport will be by far the RCV event with the highest percentage of special stages compared to the total mileage. In fact, there will be almost 79 timed kilometres in light of just over 200 total kilometres, with nine special stages, three to be repeated three times. Start and finish in Bosco Chiesanuova on Saturday 26 June, while the Service Park will be located further down the valley, on the way to the Valpantena Winery, which will host the two regroupments.
Compared to the last editions will be only one test reconfirmed in its entirety, while two will be completely new, including the special stage queen with its almost 15 kilometres will be the longest test ever played by Lessinia during its history. macos/deepLFree.translatedWithDeepL.text
